Three Ingredient Enchiladas
Recipe
4 Frozen (~5 oz) Burritos of Choice
1 15 oz can Enchilada Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Canola Spray Oil, or similar spray oil of choice
- Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use spray oil to coat a metal or glass casserole dish.
- Unwrap burritos and place in dish.
- Pour Enchilada Sauce over burritos to coat completely.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over burritos and sauce.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Serves 2-4
Estimated Time: 45 minutes
TIPS
- Line your baking pan with aluminum foil to make clean up a breeze. Just scrape down and recycle the foil and DONE!
- I have used many different frozen burritos, all with stellar results. However, my favorite are Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Burritos.
- If you have access to Hatch Enchilada Sauce, you won’t be disappointed, however any enchilada sauce will do.
- I use this as a complete meal with steamed vegetables, but you can serve this over Spanish rice as well.
